There is something so beautiful about seeing a well loved but tired and aged home come back to life, and come back to life is exactly what Jason and his wonderful and polite crew were able to accomplish for us through their efficient and quality workmanship! I helped to set up Jason's company with a flooring job at my parents' home, and we highly recommend Jason's service. There are a couple specific reasons for our recommendation. One, we believe Jason was the most flexible person out of all the people we interviewed for the job. My parents are of age, so it was very difficult for them to move all the furniture pieces. Jason and his team helped to move a lot of pieces of furniture, particularly a grand piano. This was a service that not many of his peers would do, but was very important to us. Secondly, Jason and his team completed this job in 2 days. It was shorter than many of his competitors and helpful for us to plan (because my parents couldn't stay at the house while the job was being done). Third, when my mom had a spillage problem and called Jason (post job completion), Jason came over and helped my mom. I feel this is above and beyond what a company would do. Jason and his crew are honest, professional and ON TIME! They never missed a scheduled work day with my floors. Jason always contacted me ahead of time the few times he needed to reschedule a work day. Jason and his crew did an amazing job of refinishing the heavily damaged hardwood floors in the house I'd purchased. They sanded through old layers of varnish, scratches and gouges. The finished floors are gorgeous! The original kitchen floor (old vinyl tiles nailed to the floor) was replaced with luxury vinyl tiles that were installed correctly. He also renovated an entire bathroom floor with new wood support and a waterproof liner, followed by the installation of beautiful ceramic tile. and... he redid the laundry room floor, removing the old vinyl tiles (and the layers of cardboard 😮 underneath). He leveled out the concrete base and installed new vinyl tile. In closing, Jason also spent time giving me helpful input into other issues in the house. I appreciate his patience and professionalism. We hired Jason to refinish the hardwood in our 3200 sq foot house, add hardwood to our foyer, and replace the LVP in our finished garage. We got several quotes and Jason was the most affordable. Unlike most contractors, Jason was extremely responsive and communicative to both myself and my husband during the entire process. He arrived on time every day and his crew never left any trash. I recently had Jason and his crew put new premium vinyl flooring in my upstair bedrooms. The rooms had carpet in them and Jason did a wonderful job removing the carpet. This is the second time in three months that Jason and his crew have done work for me. I had luxury vinyl plank installed and hardwoods refinished at my previous property back in March or so. I just closed on a new house (and for 6-8 weeks before we closed I was contacting Jason about the upcoming job). Within a hr of us closing on our new house, Jason was at the new property giving us estimates/rates of refinishing more hardwood as well as laying down new hardwood. He showed up 3 hours after my first call to look at the project. He quoted to sand the floors and replace the kitchen floor. He promised to have the quote to me before the end of the day. Jason and his crew. What can I say? Their work is professional, Jason is fair with his pricing and highly responsive, and their craftsmanship is outstanding. Customer service, well that was good too. We had packages delivered to our home that they put in our house without even asking. That meant a lot since it is near Christmas and we cant even go into our home. What can I say about my experience working with Jason that hasn’t already been said! I can confirm that he provides amazing service at a VERY reasonable price. Jason goes above and beyond for his costumers. I just purchased a new home(hooray) and wanted to get the flooring done downstairs before move in. Jason came to complete the estimate on short notice during the inspection of the home- I actually had to cancel and reschedule within 24 hours due to the inspector falling ill. That was no problem for Jason. After that we scheduled the flooring and he worked with my closing/moving schedule! Highly, highly, highly recommend Jason Tench Flooring! They helped us with installing luxury vinyl flooring throughout our entire house. The install was done with the highest quality and the team was highly professional. In fact, a team of six started working before 8 am! The entire project was done in one day! The team put us in connection with their plumber who helped reinstall our toilets and move our hot water tank so we could install flooring underneath. The team removed everything that was demoed and all debris. No mess whatsoever.
