We had gotten another estimate from a local floor guy in Williamsburg who gave us a number that was way more than Jason's estimate. A lot more so choosing him was a no brainer. We just bought this cute house in Ford's Colony, but the original hardwood floors were a horrid dark red color. Jason's team was able to transform that dated red oak to a beautiful cream colored wood that is reminiscent of a beach house in Malibu or the Hamptons. These floors are so beautiful that I don't want to step on them or put any furniture on them. They are like a work of art. The house is 20 years old, but now the living room, dining room, and bedroom floors look newer.

Jason and his team, from start to finish were very friendly, very professional and just gave my patchy old floor a complete makeover. Definatley bringing them back to do some more work on my stairs. Thanks guys

Jason's team did an excellent job removing old vinyl and carpet prior to installing LVP. They also leveled out a slate floor and installed LVP. They cleaned up after each step, i.e. vinyl and carpet removal, and left us with an amazing looking floor! We highly recommend Jason!

Jason Tench and his crew came in to our home and practically gave us brand new floors. We had antique heart pine wood flooring and Jason was the only person that sourced vintage pine planks to replace some of the ones in our home. That is above and beyond. He and his team got us scheduled and completed the entire job in four days, which was about 1200 square feet of sanding and refinishing not only our floors but our entire staircase. I was a little nervous about how light the freshly-sanded pine looked, but Jason's suggestion to go with the natural finish has resulted in the exact tone of amber we wanted. I helped to set up Jason's company with a flooring job at my parents' home, and we highly recommend Jason's service. There are a couple specific reasons for our recommendation. One, we believe Jason was the most flexible person out of all the people we interviewed for the job. My parents are of age, so it was very difficult for them to move all the furniture pieces. Jason and his team helped to move a lot of pieces of furniture, particularly a grand piano. This was a service that not many of his peers would do, but was very important to us. Secondly, Jason and his team completed this job in 2 days. It was shorter than many of his competitors and helpful for us to plan (because my parents couldn't stay at the house while the job was being done). Third, when my mom had a spillage problem and called Jason (post job completion), Jason came over and helped my mom. I feel this is above and beyond what a company would do. When my place needs to have flooring done, I have informed Jason that I will use him again. Highly recommend.

We hired Jason to refinish the hardwood in our 3200 sq foot house, add hardwood to our foyer, and replace the LVP in our finished garage. We got several quotes and Jason was the most affordable. I felt totally comfortable having him alone in our home for an entire week. I wish I would have taken before photos because he totally transformed our house! I can't say enough good things about Jason and his crew. He replaced 1300 sq feet of flooring in our home and we are very happy with the work. As a contractor myself sometimes its really hard to get to things around my own house.
