Jason and his crew are honest, professional and ON TIME! They never missed a scheduled work day with my floors. Jason always contacted me ahead of time the few times he needed to reschedule a work day. Jason and his crew did an amazing job of refinishing the heavily damaged hardwood floors in the house I'd purchased. They sanded through old layers of varnish, scratches and gouges. The finished floors are gorgeous! The original kitchen floor (old vinyl tiles nailed to the floor) was replaced with luxury vinyl tiles that were installed correctly. He also renovated an entire bathroom floor with new wood support and a waterproof liner, followed by the installation of beautiful ceramic tile. and... he redid the laundry room floor, removing the old vinyl tiles (and the layers of cardboard 😮 underneath). He leveled out the concrete base and installed new vinyl tile. In closing, Jason also spent time giving me helpful input into other issues in the house. I appreciate his patience and professionalism. A pleasure is an understatement when it comes to Jason Flooring his work speaks for himself. Jason's team tackled 1200 square feet of wood refinishing throughout our entire house, including transitions and shoe molding. Jason Tench and his crew successfully transformed our red oak floor with a red/orange stain to a blonde/natural finish via the use of whiteners. I recently had Jason and his crew put new premium vinyl flooring in my upstair bedrooms. The rooms had carpet in them and Jason did a wonderful job removing the carpet. 1907 Fan house kitchen repair. Jason Tench Flooring did an absolutely amazing job on fixing our floor after a broken freezer ruined the kitchen floor. This is the second time in three months that Jason and his crew have done work for me. I had luxury vinyl plank installed and hardwoods refinished at my previous property back in March or so. I just closed on a new house (and for 6-8 weeks before we closed I was contacting Jason about the upcoming job). Within a hr of us closing on our new house, Jason was at the new property giving us estimates/rates of refinishing more hardwood as well as laying down new hardwood. Within a week he had the new hardwoods ordered/delivered and was starting the job. Incredible! Both jobs were done with such great care and quality. He showed up 3 hours after my first call to look at the project. He quoted to sand the floors and replace the kitchen floor. He promised to have the quote to me before the end of the day. He did exactly this. I approved it and he told me to let him know when the painters would be done and they would schedule to start. They started the day after the painters finished and did the whole house in about 2.5 days. Jason goes above and beyond for his costumers. I just purchased a new home(hooray) and wanted to get the flooring done downstairs before move in.
